You guys!!! This is the easiest low carb snack I have found. They tasted even better than I thought too.
shredded Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper
Heat oven to 450
Slice the zucchini and place on a nonstick cookie sheet (you can also spray tin foil and place that on a cookie sheet for easier clean up)
Sprinkle with salat and pepper
Top with parm cheese
Cook for 25 minutes.
Low carb, quick prep, you can dip them in ranch or marinara sauce! SO GOOD!
